I'm by Elmers End station, looking across towards the Crystal Palace tower, there is a large what-can-only-be-described-as "wand" of red and amber lights, occasionally spinning, it looks huge...anyone know what it is???

As usual around this time of year, the run up to firework night, lots of strange lights appear in the sky.
No, really.
I think it's visitors checking out the history of Guido Fawkes.

It could be laser lights, I live on the coast and when the circus came to town a few weeks ago I saw the very same thing happening here, it was lasers.
