It really didn't bother me in the least when I was married.

Regardless of all other considerations, the truth is that she WAS a good manager in the money department, so if she wanted to do some "retail therapy" I never cared less.

if she's got her own job, and still helps me pay the bills then I don't have a problem with it

it's her money, she can buy as much stuff as she wants, as long as she don't rag on me about buying what I wanna buy, I won't haggle her about it.

but once those lines're crossed, then I've gotta problem with it, and we'll have to talk about it being a problem and affecting everything else.

Pretty normal. She has a tough job. She can do whatever she wants in that department. We are all a little guilty here and there. She deserves it!

my husband spends money on some dumb stuff too. i'll buy a beanie baby for my daughter or lipgloss for myself. he'll buy a new xbox game or cell phone.
