A little background would help, I guess...
Okay, We flirted and talked for a LONG while (like 6 or 7 months), then made out couple of times, but no sex. He says:
"I think you are beautiful. I like you as a person in addition to wanting you."
Is this his way of telling me he has feelings for me (not love, but more than just lust) or is it more like "you are a nice girl who happens to be hot."
I really like him, and I am trying to figure out how he feels. Please help.

That's a big compliment coming from a guy. This is not to be confused with "I like you as a friend" or "You have a great personality" which is a universal equivalent to lets just be friends :) I have only said that to a hand full of women who really did mean something to me so I say enjoy the ride and don't over analysis. This is suppose to be the fun time in a relationship where you get to know one another and have fun.

He probably likes you a lot, but is looking for something else he can't find. Maybe he doesn't trust himself and doesn't beleive he can be what you want. You are probably the equivalent to the nice guy. You have all the qualities he wants in a girl except for the turn on, sexual excitement. He probably doesn't have that lust for you. Nice isn't always sexy. Just like girls, guys want a little bad girl in someone they date, just a little wild side.

How many times are you going to ask this question?

It means the person isn't interested in you. It is a polite way of dumping someone. Move on.

There are a number of interpretations that could be gathered from that. But I would guess whatever he meant, it was a positive thing. Just ask him what he meant by that. Better to go to him than to ask us here.

I'm not a guy, but I've heard it all. He's just taking the "scenic route" to get in your pants. That's all.
