I don't live in CA, so I don't know the radio stations. But I have won concert tickets and T-shirts from various radio stations.
If you're wondering if they actually give away those prizes, the answer is yes. Their marketing department gets a budget for prizes,etc. to get you to listen to the station.

i've won quite a fair bit of stuff... movie tickets, tee shirts, CD's, electric toothbrush (yes!) and even more unbelievably.. a lady's razor (i'm a man!)

No you may no longer. you may no longer even use your father and mom names, despite in case you have their permission, in view it somewhat is misrepresentation. one in all your father and mom needs to call in for you, to win the tickets.
