You must eat much more carbs, of every sort, eat more protein , powders, shakes, lean meats, Increase those carbs & proteins, EAT MORE!!! It'll happen.

There are two things that you can do.
One build muscle at the gym through weight training - don't bother doing much cardiovascular as i am guessing you loose weight very quickly.
Secondly, get into the habit of eating more. Very few skinny people actually eat a lot of calories they just appear to. Make sure you eat at least three times a day and preferably more. Eat things like bananas, potatoes, bread and lots of protein.
Also you can take weight gain shake.
My ex boyfriend did this and could put on about a stone through this in a few months and built up muscle definition very quickly. However the results were pretty short lived - the minute he stopped going to the gym and eating a lot he would loose all the weight.

lots of protein, fibre and carbs. a balanced diet- don't forget your fruits and veg. I had a mate, who was a runner, doing at least 10ks a day. He needed a lot of energy. He bought energy bars, that were specially formulated for performance of this kind. they had about 500 kcal per bar. Maybe that is worth a try? But to be save, talk to a GP or nutritionist, as you didn't say why you need to put on weight, or how quickly.

Wellp become a couch potato. Eat high fat foods! Rich foods like alfredo sauce and creamy sauces should help with this problem. Most likely you are one of the many that has a fast metabolisim and you can eat anything and still be a thin suave person. Good Luck!

How about going to your Dr? Are you that under weight? Did you ever think about maybe joining the gym and maybe do some weight lifting to bulk up a little? Lots of luck!
