Merocaine Throat Lozenges

you havent tried the right lozenges yet....try Merocaine lozenges, they have an anaesthetic in them as well. Also take some bottled water with you to take small sips of. Halls Balsam is a good medicine, its very strong and doesnt taste too good; but a swig of that, and the merocaine lozenges should help you get through the lecture. Let the lecturer know beforehand that you are having problems, and apologise in advance if you have to leave the lecture room. Hope it clears up soon....and good luck with your studies!!!

Keep doing the losenges thing, but take bottled water with you if you can. It really does work, drinking 2 liters of water a day, like we've always been told. You can use those Nestea flavor packets if you don't like drinking water. Ther are no calories and they are sweetened with Splenda.

Also, if the areas are not "fragrance free" they should be.
