What is your favorite Scary/Halloween movie? We are having a Halloween party and plan to be showing scary movies in the background as the music plays...I was trying to figure out what movies to get.

If it's going to be on in the background you probably want movies that have a lot of screaming and special effects, as opposed to really "scary" movies that are more psychological, so you should go with texas chainsaw massacre, hellraiser movies, Friday the 13th movies, or monster movies like pumpkinhead.

Nightmare Before Christmas - it's very Halloween-ish looking all the way through (except the Christmastown part) and would make great TV wallpaper for your party.

The Nightmare Before Christmas. Its not that scary, and a lot of people have already seen it, but I LOVE the music in it.
