A seven year old. because you've talked your 1st language for only a short period of time, while a 15 year old has spoken it for a long time. That is why it is easier for a seven year old to learn a 2nd language

It is better to start even younger - not necessarily to learn the language, but to hear the sounds it makes.
You can hear and make the noises of a language easily at 3 years old, but later it is much more difficult.

Some people retain the ability to mimic noises all their lives.

the younger you are the easier time you will have picking up a second or third language. Last I know they said the best time to teach a language is before the age of 5

7 year old because a 15 year old is lot oklder and well they know alot of stuff and well 7 yr old well is younger and won't have that much difficulty
