The Cheshire Foundation has a house in Cork, but the problem with the care institutions over here (I'm living between Cork and Limerick) is that they are very fragmented. The best website to try might be FAS for jobs, or you could access the Irish Examiner newspaper online and see what you can find. Best of luck!

PS - Cork is a really nice city.

The website oasis.gov.ie i think has a moving to Ireland section on it and all about buying houses. For jobs, the best sites are loadzajobs.ie or jobs.ie good luck.
