People aren't named after they town they live in, I live in a small town called Hymera (state IN), that doesn't make me a Hymeraian (or whatever), I'm still a hoosier.

People aren't referred to by their town or city. They are generally referred to by their state or region. So, someone from Nashville, Tennessee would say: "I'm from Nashville, Tennessee" .

i don't think there is a standardised way of calling people from a certain country/town/city

but i imagine it could be -villans, -villians, -villettes

i'm sure they don't mean to call themselves -villains though! (that's probably in your mind, right? *grin*)
