They are called heelys u can find them online and they cost at least £54.99! We saw them in florida, my son wants a pair. A company called flywalk have a good selection but they are REALLY expensive!

Its not an actual shoe, but an add on that you strap to the sole of the foot and the wheels light up as you skate round, they have recentley been advertised on one of the shopping channels here in the uk priced i think at £19.99, hope this helps.
