I need an outlet from this relationship, I need a release from my feelings, I need to escape from all of this stress of this relationship.

They all mean the same.

Outlet= an opening to go through when leaving. Release= to be let go of. Escape= to get away.

Not the same at all. But a bit similar if applied to emotion.

OUTLET - MAY MAN A SHOW ROOM OUTLET, A SHOP ETC.

RELEASE - MEAN SOMETHING WHICH IS KEPT UNDER CUSTODY, KEPT SECRET ETC. - RELEASING THE PRISONER FROM THE JAIL, RELEASING A BOOK ETC.

ESCAPE IS GETTING OUT WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE EG. THIEF ESCAPED FROM THE EYES OF POLICE,

ESCAPED COULD ALSO MEAN RELIEF- EG. FROM AN ACCIDENT, ESCAPED FROM KIDNAPPERS ETC.
