If you can't find it already made, buy a bag of rhinestones and either glue them on or use a Bedazzler type tool.

Do you have a Beverlys, Hancock,or BenFranklin outlet store in your Area. I know as my wife and I travel to differnt States like Nv.
Ido,Or. They all are different. Then Check some of the Arts & Crafts magazines the sometimes refer to speciality shops or small outlet stores with discontined fabics or even special orders.
Need items wanted. Plus also check overstock.com site.Plus you may also try HGTV.com they may also give you better sites or place to find what you are looking for.

I've seen what you describe in assorted sewing shops such as So-Fro. But I don't think a lot of that is stocked.
