anybody knows whats is the price for getting a lawyer to draw out a lease agreement locally???

They have those things on file in their cabinet. Their legal clerk pulls it out and hands it to you. Shop around for the best price. You can purchase legal software for your computer that will print the things off or you can go the the library and check out a legal forms book and copy one off. Or you can go to your local apartment complex and inquire about renting an apartment and ask to review the lease agreement. Easy.

Stay away from lawyers whenever possible! they'll screw you trust me I own properties all over. Go to alicensed Realtor for that; they ussually just charge a small fee depending on what part of the country you're in?
