What is your take??

What do you think with men that has nice shoes & dresses well.. To me i love a man with good taste in shoes & clothes... Just curious to know that you feel...

I'm with you, I love a man with "GREAT" taste in clothes & shoe's!! And it's also a turn on to know a man know's how to take care of himself!!!

I will definitely think that a man who has good taste in his appearance is more attractive and appealing. I was brought up to dress up for church and visiting other peoples homes and even going out with my friends.

My husband has always been a good dresser, and that was one of the many positive things that I noticed about him decades ago. I have friends whose husbands or significant others put on dress clothes so rarely that I (and sometimes they) don't recognize the guys when they do so. That is pretty sad.

So many younger people today are into that sloppy and unkept look, sometimes I find it difficult to see past the bad clothing choices, or at least sloppy clothing choices.

I have worked in management situations where I have had to take part in the interview process for new employees, and I still find it difficult to conduct interviews with people who stroll in looking like slobs.

I have had to participate in what could best be termed as "uniform intervention," when an employee has shown up for work dressed in a sloppy manner.

I think more people in all age groups should dress up more and be proud of themselves and show it. I always make sure that I compliment young men and women that are well dressed, in hopes that the positiveness will get to others. Dressing well, and taking care of oneself can do a great deal to improve your feeling of self worth and thus avoid a lot of depressed feeling. I love a man who looks like he cares about himself. Well groomed, good hygiene, and nice clothes. It doesn't have to be a suit, it can be jeans, but when he looks like he took the time to get ready before he walked out the door, it shows he has respect for himself. Women spend so much time trying to look nice for ourselves and our guy, that I think men should at least spend the effort to take a shower, shave, comb their hair, and put on clean clothes that match for the occasion, i.e. the weather, where he's going, what he's doing, etc... I think it looks sloppy if his clothing is wrinkled, dirty, or just wrong (like jeans at a evening wedding or a suit for grocery shopping.) It's like he didn't care enough to even try, and he has little to no respect for himself. If he doesn't respect himself, then he sure doesn't respect others, like a potential girlfriend.

Personally, I like it when dressed properly...for the proper occasion either sport or dress. For the most part I like men in jeans, jeans, jeans.
I don't care for the natty, faddy or faggy types...clothes horses or men who wear jewelry. Give me clean jeans all the time...it is just a manly, regular type of guy look they all seem to wear well at all ages and physical body build too. A well made shirt adds panache.

I think shoes are important, but a tie always shows a neat appearance...Women have more of a fashion statement with shoes than do men...We need to coordinate, where they need to be comfortable...
