The battery was dead the other day and I had to jump start it. When I did it started in tow/haul mode and would not shift out. I turned the truck off and restarted it. It went back to normall then. I was think this is probably a computer problem. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Jumpstarting does tend to mess up computers. If your battery is ok again, go ahead and disconnect it for a while, and let the computer go back to it's default settings. Don't worry about things for a few days. The computer has to reprogram all the settings again.
All the tow mode does is reduce automatic up and down shifting frequency.

it is probably just electric(sensor) if the shift points are smooth and on time i wouldnt worry about it unless your going to be doing some heavy towing.

It sounds like you have a 700 R4 Tranny. You may have burned something out. Take it to the dealer.
