like the first guy said, anything that is in motion-->water falling, moving bicycle, rolling bal,l bird flying and wind blowing.

Your problem statement is poorly worded; "car in parking lot" cuold be a car moving through a parking lot looking for a parking space.

A "parked car" would have been less ambiguous.
