we judge because we are afraid of ourself's darksides.It is easier to point out someone's mistakes than ours.By judging we dont go deeper in our conciousness, we dont concentrate on ouerselfs because we are scared of our inside.The funny thing is that we usually judge those who have something in common with us. Judging is just trying to feel better about ourselfs. That is the ego factor!!!

I think one good reason is because some people believe in a judgmental god, therefore justifying their own judgmental ways. Also, it is human nature to question point-of-views different than ones own and sometimes that difference leads to judgment of the apparent "wrong" point-of-view.

Because by judging others and putting the focus on what someone else is doing or not doing there is less emphasis put on what we ourselves should be doing or not doing.

Why because we are weak

It is the human nature to judge people to our own standards. But when we take inventory of ourselves by the One we should gauge ourselves by....Jesus....then we see ourselves as God see us and we no longer want to judge others.
