What do south americans think of the US govt?

I heard some us presidents are popular in latin america like reagan. Reagan has a statue of him in mexico. but i read spain has a negative image of the iraq war. So i guess spain is the only south american nation to have a negative view of america. I think America should one day fullfill its conquest and liberate nations from canada to chile and make the american continent one nation. We force everyone to speak english and forget spainsh. English is a bettter language. I think it would be great for the world.

Most South Americans are voting left leaning politicians in power.

So, it's pretty fair to assume, they don't care for our present gov't.
