Is there a folder where the startup pic which is viewed by you gets captured ?

No. Just becuase you view a webcam doesn't mean you have to have a pic of it. I've seen many webcams and thats never happened.

if your viewing a webcam, no pictures are stored on the pc its just a direct link to that webcam, u would need to screencapture the webcam for your machine to store pictures.
