He meets these men on the internet for sex. I confronted him and he said that his fiancee knows about it and that they have an "open" relationship. I am not sure I believe him, but what else should I do, if anything? Is it my concern anymore? Is it my place to say something to his fiancee and destroy someone's engagement? What if she does know, then it will seem like I am invading their privacy. Would any woman really marry a man who sleeps with men on the side? What about the health risks?

If his fiance really knows about his extracurricular activities, he should have no problem talking about them with her. So get him to mention them in front of her. If he was lying about her knowing, he of course won't agree to this and you need to find a way to get him to tell her before he ruins her life.

Odds are, he's lying about the "open" relationship. Also counting on you not to have the nerve to tell his fiancee. Prove him wrong. And if it's really true, then it's none of your concern. But there are people who hide the most horrible things from a spouse. When it's found out, and discovered that other people knew it and didn't say anything, the spouse feels betrayed by everyone.

I know you are concerned for this female and the possibility that your friend might marry her. I would tell her she has her health to think about. If she knows and still want to be in the relationship with him then that her choice. If this male has a open relationship then I am sure he would have made others aware of this. I think his girlfriend might be clueless.

i think youve done what youve could. there's nothing wrong with him being gay or something, but the whole cheating thing is wrong. way wrong. if he says that his fiancee already knows, thats cool, but how many women (engaged women) do you know would let their fiancee do stuff like that. im not sure that its your concern, but its totally natural to feel like you need to do something. maybe you should talk to the soon-to-be wife and find out the truth. hope everything works out!!

It may not be your concern anymore. If they ever get married I think someone will end up being unhappy.

Do the right thing---call her anonomously--dial *67- her number, change your voice, and tell her with no specific details what he is doing. If she really doesn't know, she will appreciate it.

Either you tell him off, tell his fiancee, or let him learn from his own mistakes.
