Hubby started taking CM complex (CMO + Vit E) as well as HA joint complex( Hyaluronic acid,glucosamine,chondroitin,collagen) that he found on the internet. His results have been great. He only takes 1 of each pill each day.(2 pills total) It is only costing about 15 bucks a month and I can't get over the results. He swears by them.
