Wear plenty of layers of clothes, it's a blast, you'll love it! By the way, you'll need face protection. If they rent gear where you're going they'll make you wear face masks. If you get hit (in the body) with a paint ball it smarts a little but it's not too bad. Just be sure not to get hit in the face.

Well, last time I went it hurt. I got bruises on my legs. I had a feeling that some people bring their own custom firearms that shoot with more power instead of the generic ones that the company gives you. Anyways, wear a hoodie underneath and you'll be okay.

My daughter had burises after paintballing, but there may be some kind of gear you can wear to soften the blow of the paintball.

It won't really hurt on the areas that are protected I didn't have anything covering my legs and arms except my shirt and pants when I went and I got a few small bruises but that due to the fact I bruise easily.

With your adrenaline going it doesnt really hurt that moment but in some places it will def. sting a lot. You will also have pretty big welts every where u got hit.
My best advice is dont get hit. Good luck.
