open brackets up

2x - 6 > 4 - x - 3

2x - 6 > 1 - x

move x terms to left and numbers to right (remeber to change +- when passing over the > sign)

2x + x > 1 + 6
3x > 7

x > 7/3 or 2 and 1/3
