Burning oil will not only smell....bu should be visible. Chances are valve cover bolts worked loose, and oil is seeping on manifold. Had that problem on 94 Chrysler Concorde, when first bought it. It turns out that over half the bolts were loose to the point that I could turn them with my fingers. I tightened them, and that solved the problem. Try that before starting to change gaskets etc.

Use your eyes. Anyplace oil is burning off will be visible. If you have to, get the engine cleaned so the leak will be more obvious.
Or you can pay some 12 year mechanic to just start changing gaskets at random without knowing where the leak is.

Valve cover gaskets are leaking, and since they are above the exhaust manifold, the oil burns off after you run for a few minutes. Replace valve cover gaskets and your problem is solved.

I would guess the valve cover gasket is leaking.
