There are several on the internet, look under cheerleading. I seem to remember one that had pictures in the

The best way to learn moves though, is to have someone show you them. Looking at pictures can be deceptive and often does not give you the proper technique. Go to your local football and basketball games to watch the cheerleaders "do their thing"

Motions are predetermined positions of your arms or legs. As in High V, Touchdown, Lunge.

Go to about cheerleading @ http://cheerleading.about.com/ you can learn the motions and quiz yourself on the names of the motions.

do you mean motions? it is simply arm and sometimes arm and leg movements. motions are in all cheers and most dances. the most basic ones are: high v, low v, t, broken t, daggers, cross, and touchdowns. there alot more, but they more complex.

have fun cheering!
