I saw this on a tv program a few years ago and I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a website with a model of it. It looks like a bunch of spiral orbits around the earth.

It's very very complicated. You can look for ptolemaic models on the internet

i haven't seen the programme but i believe it will be like taking a inverse of a function as earth orbit is around 23.5 degrees around the sun so in a relative motion it will correspond to the same and similarly after calculating the actual orbital tilt around the sun for other planets and subtracting 23.5 degrees from that you can calculate the orbital tilt of that planet around the earth.
If at all you make a diagram after that you are right it will look like a bunch of spiral orbits.
