Hell no. As a matter of fact, I am jealous of people in countries such as Canada, France, Spain, etc etc, where the government seems to be more understanding of such issues like free health care.
I'm concerned about visiting other countries though, cause this idea does follow Americans throughout the world, and I don't think of myself as better than anyone else.

No, I don't. In fact I've never thought that and don't really appreciate people who do. Do you think every American is the same? That's like thinking everyone who comes from France is the same. Every country in this world is filled with people who think they are better than others just because of where they come from--just as all of them have people who aren't like that as well.

No, but it would seem that people in other countries think that we not only do think that, but that we are that....otherwise, we would not have people stealing into our country, waiting in lines to immigrate, etc. I suspect that the US is the main target of immigration from other countries. So I will ask you, "Do you think we are better than anyone else? " This is your question, I think you should answer it.
