This is a computer i'm working on for a friend, he keeps getting an error a usb device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port, but no usb is hooked up. this is an emachine, and the hub is intigrated on the board. after a few minutes of getting this error the computer shuts off, and its been just acting really weird. I think it may be time for a new board, but I thought i'd get some other opinions.

Emachine hell. Know it well. Check the front usb {if it has one} to make sure it is properly connected, and not 1 pin off. If that doesn't work, shut them off in the bios and use a pci card. Cheaper than a new motherboard.
