The democrat agenda will not pass the muster for people to vote for it so they go to the courts where they are packed with liberal activist judges. Liberal "activist'' judges use creative interpretations of the Constitution to impose measures, such as same- sex marriage, they cannot enact in the legislature. A broad interpretation of the Constitution's interstate commerce clause is the foundation of much of the government regulation that conservatives so strongly oppose.
That is why we need to vote for people that do not view the Constitution as a living document. We need Constitutionalists in office who will uphold our Constitution as it was intended by the Founding Fathers and the Federalist Papers. If we do not then we will fall by the way side like every other nation in the past. We're already 30 years past the longest free government ever.

Actually the socialist agenda of the democrats has been pretty well implemented via court fiat.
The clinton fired all federal attorneys when he first got into office [to squash the inquiry into him] and replaced these with liberals. He did the same in judge-ships across the nation. He and his comrade wife were perhaps a decade premature in causing the socialization of America from within itself... but the upcoming election may tilt the balance sufficiently that it still might happen. Comrade clinton may become the first Premier of Amerika.

Cause they like to feel they are making a difference. Why does the office of the president under republican leadership feel its neccessary to maintain multiple conflicts ongoing globally to promote democracy? Same reason because in his mind he is making a difference. Both parties make mistakes, the populace gets to live with them and sit around whining about it.
