yes an MTF trans can reach orgasm. in fact, they are, after surgery an outwardly appearing woman (and that does include the vagina). as part of the recovery and healing process most MTF (male to female trans) have to use vaginal stents to keep the vagina opening (created by the surgery) moist, lubricated and above all able to recieve penetrating sex. in short, dildos, vibrators and the like are used (though not frequently) to help the process along. clitoral stimulation is a part of this process as well. as an early stage pre op TS, i am looking forward to having my surgery done next year.

Yes, nervousness effects the amount of time it takes for a guy to reach orgasm. Sometimes it delays it for a long of time, others it makes him go off like a bottle rocket. Yes, the male should have orgasm each time he is highly aroused. It's a biological necessity and he can actually suffer damage to his reproductive organs if he is highly aroused and doesn't "deliver the goods". Orgasms thru masturbation are not necessarily going to take the same as orgasms with sex. Fatigue can play a role in orgasm. There are times when a guy will be too tired, stressed, etc. for him to become highly aroused and he will not necessarily need to have an orgasm at that time. Sometimes, on occasion, he will just need to have the contact but not the orgasm.

My understanding is that No, they don't ejaculate but by preserving the nerve endings in the glans they can still reach orgasm when properly stimulated.

No they can't ejaculate. in many cases they are left mutilated and unable to feel any sexual pleasure whatsoever.
