how can I get through this part on star ocean?

I have this game called Star Ocean till the end of time (1 disk) and I am ON this part in the game where you have to ride haulers to get out of the kirsala caverns. Can any body tell me how to get through this? im sooooo stuck!!! and which hauler should i ride?
