Yeah my husband and i are both o positive and we have 6 healthy o positive children.The only issues that come up in pregnancy would be if you were rh negative,your baby would survive but when hes born would need a shot.

ur blood type does not tell u if u can have a baby or not just what type blood the baby will have...rH factor must be taken into account..thats the (-) or (+) after the letter... but medicine during and before birth will take care of that..

yes, if one is male and one is female. and both of them are able to have babies period. it doesnt matter you blood type!
