how can i access yahoo mail from outlook 2003?

You'll need a Premium Paid Yahoo Account for that.

It's not available to freebie Accounts.

It seems that Only Pop3 mails can be accessed from outlook
Hence it is not possible to configure outlook 2003 to receive your mail from yahoo

You have to have Premium accout to do that otherwise yahoo is not accessible from Outlook or any other email client.
