Catalase is an enzyme that decomposes H2O2 to oxygen and water. So if you leave the reaction to occur for enough time all of H2O2 will be decomposed and none will be left in the test tube.
As you know enzymes are catalysts and therefore are not consumed during the reaction. So the number of catalase units remains the same.
