loads of people i know says it isn't but others say it is plz help

it is legal to have frostwire on your computer, however it is illegal to download the un-liscenced files. so, in short, when you use it to download your fave pop songs you are violating copyright law - i.e pirating.......

you can be charged £50 a song if you are caught.

If frostwire is like limewire then yes, it is. It's illegal because it's just the same as you stealing a CD from a shop, in the eyes of the people who make the music. But not many people get done for it because it's so common.
