Most of the time yes. This does not mean that someone has to be beautiful but at least attractive. We do not necessarily have control over our looks but we can control our grooming habits.
It is statically that attractive kids and even some adults get away with more that unattractive kids. Not nice but true

Not the outer looks.. but Yes the inner looks of ue soul definitely matters.....

Though you must have some kind of attraction to the opposite sex to mate , looks shouldn't be everything . That is shallow and or superficial .
