How come I am having such a hard time downloading the Zone Alarm Update ?

zone alarm should auto update itself,
if its not able to update itself its more than likly either a virus or firewall stoping it(seeing its the firewall its more lily a virus).
search your pc for "host" you should get a file in your windows folder, open it and delete the contents and jst have one line in it:

127.0.0.1 localhost

Might be a "pop-up stopper" program that is preventing the update. Turn off all such programs and try again. Usually you will see a message at the top of your screen that indicates a pop-up is being blocked, and you will have the option of allowing it. Let me know if this doesn't work.
