they actually invented a new program for cell phones. but right now it's only for business people because it is very expensive and they have more to protect on their pda ETC.

anyway if a cell phone does get stolen, the owner reports in then At&T or whoever locks up the cell phone and the phone starts screaming. i mean SCREAMING! the idea was it will draw attention and he'll throw the phone away or something.
