in the states, its doubtful they hire 14 yr olds, you'd need working papers if the do. starting wage is probably min. wage.

McDonalds is not a "tipping" restaurant, they cant pay you a tip wage...which BTW is much less than .25 less than min. wage.
"a different minimum wage in many states for children so young" minimum wage IS minimum wage! it doesnt matter the age!
"incite teens to further their education"??? sorry but that isnt McDonalds job.

I don't think that McDonalds hire 14 year olds..I am positive that they hire 15 year olds (but you have to have a pemit signed by your parents, school, and mcdonalds)...they pay minunum wage.

Very little because they have to incite teens to further their education. You will do the same jobs as the others and because your are the youngest you will be bossed around even by the workers who hold the same title as you. So you have to think twice, unless it's just to kill off the time during vacations.

go to your states website to see if you can work at 14, there is a different minimum wage in many states for children so young, you will find that on your states website as well.

My brother worked at mcdonalds.. and he HATED it..
it monet the pocket.. but you dont get to see your friends that much
so i say dont get a job untill your 15

When I was 15 I worked in McDonalds (in Sydney, Australia).... I was earning $6.05 an hour.....

If you can even get the job in the first place, the same minimum wage as anyone else starting there.
You're probably too young, though.
