Yes I've used them for a long time. Depending on how close you are to the nearest shipping facility (mine is just in the next town over,) you can get your movies like in 2 days. As in, you return a movie on Monday, and get your new one on Wednesday or even sometimes Tuesday. To the person who thought you get 6-10 movies a month, you can actually get that many in a WEEK if you watch and return them quickly. The also have a cool used DVD store with some movies costing only $5.99 (yes, in their original factory case.)
There are no hidden fees, you pay the monthly rate you signed up for and all the shipping is free. If a movie is damaged in the mail, they won't charge you for it (unless it happens to you a lot and they get suspicious.) The website is easy and fun to use - my rental queue is 400 movies long LOL! You should totally try it.
Oh, I forgot to mention the best part - there are NO late fees for movies. As long as you are a Netflix customer, you can keep your movies as long as you want. Of course, it's a good idea to return them quickly to get your money's worth and keep the movies coming.

Matthew knocks it but has never used it.
They turn around movies so fast you CAN get a lot in a month. And, you don't have to do the 3 movies at a time, you can do 2 at a time at a lower rate.
We've used them for a couple years, and we like it a lot. So much better than driving to Blockbuster and standing around trying to remember what you want, hoping they have a copy available, and then standing in a long line.
With Netflix, the movies just show up.
Regarding what another poster said, yes the disks are sometimes damaged. Its a bit of a pain, but not a deal-breaker. It doesn't happen that often.

Netflix seems like a rip-off to me. I have never used them, but I read up on their literature. You can only get like 2-3 dvd's at a time for like $12.99/month. However, because of the shipping, you can only get about 6-10 movies per month. So in essence, you are renting movies for between $1 and $2 per month. My local video store has lowered prices where every movie is a dollar or two for up to a week. More convienient to go to the video store than mailing stuff back and forth

We were extremely happy with Netflix- very fast turnaround, huge selection, the prices were the same as Blockbuster or Hollywood Video, and the best things-no driving, parking, searching ,standing in line or late fees. Definitely the way to go!

Yes, I love NetFlix! The movies get to my house within a day or two, and I get a new movie a day or two later. You can get up to 3 movies a week if you watch them and send them in quickly! It's pretty awesome.

I have used Netflix in the past, I only stopped because I had to cut back on my budget. It's not that expensive but when you've got six kids you have to prioritize the money. But when I dropped the service they actually kept my account on file and I can restart it anytime. I recommend Netflix.

compared to blockbuster. It ussually has Movies instock of what you want. The only pain is that you can't lose the case it comes in or you can't send it back

Yes and I love it..... Get movies within 2 days. Can select movies even before they are out and put in a queue so they are sent as soon as they are released. Tracks types of movies you like and makes recommendations. Can keep them as long as I like -- all postage is paid

It's very good. They probably have every movie ever made. It's much better and more convenient that joining a rental place like Blockbuster.
