Lately I have experienced a lot of white clumpy discharge, and also a strong odor. I have been tested for any possible STD's and the results were negative. I'm pretty sure it is a yeast infection, but i dont have any itching.

You dont have to have itching for it to be a yeast infection, if this is your first yeast infection you should see a doctor, if not then try a 3-day cream over the counter. A good way to prevent yeast infections is to take AZO Yeast tablets once a day. They also cure current yeast infections if you take 3 tablets a day for 7 days.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

Every girl has their own scent and it will smell stronger to you than to anyone else. The smell is also effected by the amount of water you drink, meds and your diet. Different types of infections: Signs of yeast infections: White, cottage cheese-like discharge Swelling and pain around the vulva Intense itching Signs of bacterial vaginosis: A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap Itching or burning Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva Signs of trichomoniasis A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge An unpleasant odor Pain and itching when urinating Most apparent after your period

Yes, they can come in all forms. You should look for natural products to deal with them. Prescription drugs don't get to the root of the problem. They just mask over your symptoms. They may help you to cope with your immediate symptoms, but they don't correct the long term cause of yeast infections. They can be reoccuring and, if you know that it is not an STD then you need to eat better and drink things like cranberry juice and, yes, we all know the secret of yogarts. You should have an intense itching. I don't think it's a yeast infection.
