What do you mean by "solving" urbanization? Urbanization happens (except in countries like Britain where virtually everyone lives in an urban way already, even if in villages). What specific problems are you thinking of that need solving? Traffic congestion? Waste management? Planning control?
I'm sorry, but you know now... unclear questions get few, and/or unclear, answers!!

She's right. If you don't understand the question clearly enough to state it coherently, none of your respondents will, either, as a result.
The problems inherent in urbanization have filled volumes. Solutions offered have filled still more volumes. You apparently haven't read one thing in your text about this topic.
