NO STIMULANTS! RITALIN IS A STIMULANT!
no sugar, coffee, sweets, chocolates, don't mix your proteins and carbs, and for heavens sake have 1 proper meal during the day. mine is breakfast with a good cereal that lasts the whole day. snack on fruit. if you want fruit juice, look on the label - if it has two or more preservatives, don't drink it - drink water instead.
Don't do the sedative thing either. Take Centrum or Vital multivitamin with no extra boosters such as cromium which is apparently another stimulant.
Eats lots of green leafy vegetables, fruit and slightly cooked and still crunchy veges and a good helping of meat if you're a meat eater when your body asks for it - in moderation.
Keep it up. Within a few weeks/months, maybe days, you'll be able to see and feel the difference. Oh and you know the ciggies and bottles...that's what the trash is for...stay away.
Hope this helps and good luck. Go see a good psychiatrist and be referred to a good councellor, get sum meds, get what's on your mind, off, and then the focus returns.slowly.one day at a time.

Yes.... I was taking these natural pills from a health store that would make you remember more and be more focused towards studying.... they helped me.....
Goto a health store and ask them..... they will help you out... I cant remember what they were called.
