Most of the time the problem is dried Ink in the print heads. Printer manufactures recommend to replace the cartridges when their near empty. They warn not to allow the cartridges to go
empty! The printer uses the ink to clean the heads even when the printer is shut off. Empty cartridges and/or disconnected from the power supply prevent this cleaning cycle from occurring, resulting in the ink on the heads drying and clogging the print heads. Removing the cartridges, (even for only 20 minutes),
will cause this also!
Sometimes running the cleaning cycle several X's will clear this up. (See the manual for this) More often however, a cleaning solution is required. You put the solution into the cartridges and run the cleaning cycle several X's. The cleaning solution is most readily available at places that sell ink refill kits. (www.printerfillingstation.com), is a good one! They also list the instructions on-line for cleaning the print heads.
Hope this helps!

Is the cartridge a compatible ink and not the original ink...if it is, the compatibles clog up your printer and stops them from working properly, do a test on the printer (with the printers help system).. I had the same problem , cleaned the printer and it still wouldn't work, so i went to PC world and paid out for the correct ink for the printer .. it then started to work properly

Are you sure you got the right cartridge for your printer, just double check the packaging and number on the front of your printer.
Also run a print alignment:
Go to: 'My computer' then-> 'Control Panel' -> 'printers and faxes' -> then double click to open up the print queue.
Go to 'File' then 'Properties' and it should open you printer properties. Hopefully there is a maintenance section and in that should stuff for aligning print heads and cleaning print heads

definite we may be able to. we've had the technologies to deliver human beings to different planets when you consider that we visited the Moon. yet…. We don’t have the reasonably-priced elements to finance such challenge. in case you do a touch analyze, you'll locate what number situations NASA have tried to present the U. S. authorities a respectable plan, consisting of one time at the same time as the authorities somewhat requested a severe and likely plan to flow to Mars decrease back in the ninety’s. NASA gave an outstanding challenge, with large ships, large stations orbiting both earth and Mars, and massive bases on both Mars and the Moon. yet at the same time as the authorities said the fee… $400 Billion plus… they in basic terms snigger and closed the report and gave it decrease back to NASA and informed them “when we suggested severe and likely, we meant that, nit to recreate a movie star Wars or movie star Trek Hollywood action picture movie”. lets have already a colony in the Moon and function already began also one on Mars if it wasn’t of “money subject matters”. in case you seem at NASA’s recent proposals, that are somewhat already approved for the most section and set on action, we are going decrease back to the Moon, and from there to Mars. yet this time, we are using “low priced” and small ships, hoping they could be able to continually meet the funds. on the speed we are, I wouldn’t be ponder whether the first ships with human beings that flow to Mars have stikers all round from inner most sponsors like McDonalds, Walmart, Ford and GM.. and massive stickers all round that say “Intel interior”… lol
