If he has excuses up his sleeve for avoiding you everytime, how for God's sake can you call him your boy friend? Unless he is seriously busy with something of enormous importance, he is politely telling you to shove off. And you should take the hint. Fast.

Well that depends on what kind of excuses he gives...my fiance is the same way sometimes but with him its he hasta study....we're in college..and its like thats all he does..that and the stock market..after dealing with it last year.i finally told him that i know hes worried about our future...etc..and wants to establish everything financially..but...im here now..and i may not be in the future if he doesnt start paying more attn..im not like..attn needy..just...a few hours a day..if even that much...so it depends on how much u love him....either dump him...or...give him a choice..and stick to it..

U mentioned the word "never"....so, reason him clearly and frankly....ask him if there's any problem or he's just fooling around. If he's not interested, leave him. Move on.

See its v.imp to spend time together to build and maintain a relationshp.Now given tht he is aware of this.Either he's tryin to dump u or he's havin a difficult time findin time for u.If he's findin it difficult to find time for u,he ll definitely have some reasonable excuses and he ll call u to apologize.
