I would treat it with a bit of Dawn dishwashing liquid or mechanic's hand cleaner like GoJo or Goop (don't wet it first if you use the hand cleaner). Let it sit a minute, then toss it in the washer as usual. If you need them immediately, you might use one of those Tide To-Go pens.

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear about your jeans! I had the same thing happen on my jeans, but with a permanent marker! I surfed the net like a mad woman, but nothing worked. I finally tried the colorox bleach pen. It took the stain right out!
I paid about $4.50 for mine, but I was surfing the freebies today and I saw a link to get one for free!

Good Luck!

Sound silly but the soap you use in dishwashers really works great for most stains. You apply it to the stain and rub. The stuff works great for cleaning sinks and tubs. Good luck.

A coffee stain should come out with just a regular launder. Just to be sure, pre-treat them with Spray-n-Wash or Shout.

Just wash them. If you feel you need a bit of a boost to your laundry detergent, rub a little dish detergent or maybe hydrogen peroxide into the stain first.
