4 months is actually not long to be trying. It can take up to a year for a couple with normal fertility.
If you want to increase your chances of getting pregnant each cycle you should be identifying when you are ovulating and timing intercourse appropriately.
For more information on exactly how to track your body's changes to identify ovulation I highly recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler and the websites Taking Charge of Your Fertility -- http://ovusoft.com -- and FertilityFriend -- http://fertilityfriend.com .
Best of luck and I hope it happens quickly for you.

I also have a tilted womb! I tried for two years and nothing happend until I went on a diet ( I wasnt fat, just more covered that most!) just as I was feeling great about the weight loss it happend. My second child took again around two years also, but this time I fell when I went on my holidays! I would say if you are over weight, then try losing a bit of weight - if you are slim, then try and put on more weight and if you are stressed, book a holiday - somewhere hot! I think your body balance has to be about right for it to work.

Four months is absolutely NO time, you have to be more patient than that! However, the "tilted womb" thing sounds more serious. You must go back to your GP and ask what that means with regard to you becoming pregnant naturally. Also, make sure you have calculated your most fertile time each month, to maximise your chances of becoming pregnant.

How do you know if you can't concieve? Did a doctor tell you that?
If you want to have a child you have to have sex during ovulation time, this is right after you have your period. Within those 14 days you have to have sex. If you do not get pregnant that way, you need to see a doctor to find out if you really can't concieve etc... Good Luck!!!!

If you have been to a doctor and he told you that you have a tilted womb he should have done something about it. If I were you I would go see a different doctor. Also it could be that you are wanting to get pregnant so badly that you are trying tooooo hard. Lighten up and it will happen. God bless.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

a lot of things, the actual window to concieve is tiny.if you stressed it won't work and you should give your man about 48 hours recoup time to get the best "product" out of him!
