Should I just sign over my house and car to the Democrats now or should I wait until they take over and take them from me? Do you think they'll let me keep my bicycle and cat?

ndmagic-I make only about $35,000 a year, not wealthy by any stretch, yet I benefit by the tax cuts unstituted by Bush and the Republican Congress. You are just spouting the typical liberal Democrat class warfare BS so typical of you Bush haters.

You have to remember, the Democratic party no longer promotes democracy, they are socialists.

There will always be the "haves" and the "have nots". This can not be legislated away. In addition, if you are guaranteed everything you need and want in life (most Americans don't know the difference), all incentive to put out a greater effort is taken away. Being rewarded as a direct result of how much effort you put into a situation is what made this country great.

True, there are people who just can't seem to get a break, but there are many more who are illegal aliens or simply too lazy to put an effort into life. I am tired of having so much of what I reap through my hard work put into supporting them.

Some people on here think that the rich don't need tax breaks. I do beings the upper 1% pay more than 50% of the the total tax.
Lets just give more breaks to the poor. Sounds good does it not? Well after giving them the money we have so far, they are still broke, yet the rich have gotten richer. Yes, they invest. I am for giving the poor more money when they start hiring. Poor people do not hire, rich people do. They risk their money to make more, which gives people too lazy to start a business for themselves, one important thing. A JOB!

Sounds like typical self-centered Republican jibberish to me. by engaging in wild, shortsighted deficit spending at record levels, the Republicans have assured the requirement for significant tax increases in the future. Somebody has to pay the bills. When Ms. Dottie Ditto runs down to Sax 5th Avenue to purchase bobbles on the credit card, Billy Bob Redneck has to someday pay the credit card bill, right? Well, dont blame the Democrats for at least attempting to engage in practical economics, blame the GOP for foolish spending. its the GOP who created the secret energy program that put gasoline at $3 per gallon (hidden tax) and have endorsed record home insurance increases (hidden tax)...just sign your car an home over to Prudential and Halliburton, bucko. Now put that in your right wing pipe and SSSSSSSSSSSSmoke it.

'We all benefitted from'? You must have an enormous turd in your back pocket. The majority of Americans received no benefits from any tax cuts that Bush pushed on us. Not to hard to figure out who did though.

Who is benefitting from these tax cuts?

Certainly not the working man or the underpriveledged!

The only ones benefitting from these tax cuts are the wealthy b**tards that should be ashamed of themselves for taking these "Welfare" tax cuts.

Did you forget that the Democrats actually stand for committing themselves to helping Americans? The changes brought will be greater than this administration could ever hope to achieve.
