why don't casinos, bars, dope dealers, movies give refunds?

was it the worst loss at casino you ever had? apply for a refund,
your satisfaction was not guaranteed, their satisfaction was had
not yours. can't stop going gambling? sue then. got drunk
at the bar, couldn't stop drinking? sue the alcohol industry and
the bartender. dope you bought didn't agree with you, got
no satisfaction out of it whatsoever, sue the dealer and the
dope industry then. movie not up to your expectations, demand
a refund then, and get your money back?

that would be too much refund for them to even make profits
